1. Introduction

Welcome to Waniya Decor. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of our wallpapers, wallpaper rolls, custom wall murals, blinds and related services.

By accessing our website, submitting an enquiry or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue using the relevant website services.

2. Products and Services

Waniya Decor offers wallpaper products, 3D wallpapers, customized wall murals, wallpaper rolls, blinds and professional installation services.

Product availability, design options and installation services may vary depending on location, stock, customization requirements and operational availability.

We reserve the right to update product listings, modify available designs or discontinue products when necessary.

3. Product Images, Colours and Appearance

We make reasonable efforts to display products and designs accurately on our website.

However, actual colours, textures and appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting conditions, printing processes and material characteristics.

Customers should review product descriptions and confirm their requirements before placing an order.

4. Prices and Installation Charges

Prices and applicable charges will be communicated or displayed during the ordering process.

As per our current pricing policy, listed prices include installation charges where applicable. Shipping charges, installation outside our service area or other additional services may be charged separately.

Free shipping within Pune is available for eligible orders above ₹5,000. Orders below ₹5,000 within Pune are subject to a shipping charge of ₹299.

Any additional applicable charges should be confirmed before the order is finalized.

5. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.

Waniya Decor reserves the right to accept or reject an order where reasonably necessary, including cases involving product unavailability, pricing errors, incomplete information, suspected fraudulent activity or service limitations.

Where an order cannot be fulfilled after payment has been received, we will communicate the available resolution, including any applicable refund.

6. Custom Wallpapers and Measurements

Customized wallpapers and murals may be produced according to the measurements and specifications provided by the customer.

Customers are responsible for verifying their wall measurements, design selection, customization details and other order information before confirmation.

Once an order is confirmed and production starts, changes or cancellations are generally not possible, subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable law.

Customized products are generally non-returnable and non-refundable, except where a remedy is required under applicable law.

7. Payments

Customers must pay the applicable amount using the payment methods made available during checkout or communicated by our team.

Orders may be processed after successful payment confirmation.

Customers must not share confidential payment credentials, such as UPI PINs or banking passwords, with anyone claiming to represent Waniya Decor.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on product availability, customization, courier operations and other practical circumstances.

For Pune and nearby areas within approximately 50 km, on-site installation is available subject to service availability.

For other locations, wallpaper material may be shipped through courier, with installation charges extra.

9. Installation Services

Customers should provide accurate installation details and ensure reasonable access to the installation area.

Additional work, including wall repairs, extensive surface preparation or other services not included in the confirmed order, may require separate charges or arrangements.

Installation appointments will be coordinated with the customer.

10. Cancellations, Refunds and Replacements

Order cancellation, refund and replacement requests are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Orders cannot be cancelled once installation has started. Customized products generally cannot be cancelled once production has started.

Where a product defect or other issue is reported, Waniya Decor will review the matter and provide the applicable resolution under its policies and applicable law.

11. Customer Responsibilities

When using our website or placing an order, you agree to:

• Provide accurate contact, delivery and order information.

• Confirm measurements and customization requirements carefully.

• Use the website for lawful purposes.

• Avoid fraudulent orders or misuse of website services.

• Cooperate reasonably with delivery and installation arrangements.

12. Intellectual Property

Website content, brand elements, logos, text, graphics and other materials owned by or licensed to Waniya Decor may be protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or commercially use such materials without the necessary permission, except where permitted by law.

Third-party designs, trademarks or images remain the property of their respective owners where applicable.

13. Third-Party Services and Links

Our website may use or link to third-party services, including payment providers, courier services and external websites.

Those services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Waniya Decor is not responsible for independent third-party services beyond its reasonable control.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Waniya Decor is not responsible for losses arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including certain courier delays, network disruptions or inaccurate information supplied by the customer.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any consumer right, liability or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
